- Arrival at Cochin airport, our representative will meet at the airport to faceplate your transfer
to Zuri resort, Kumarakom. It takes 2 hours to reach at the resort. Arrive at the resort, complete check in process, then proceed to doctor consultation and proceed to treatments as per the program.

Cancellation Policy
No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 50% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation .The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirm.
